PTCREW is proud to partner with Triad Business Journal to promote the 2019 Triad Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Awards
TBJ has created a new awards program to recognize top-producing commercial real estate professionals in the Triad. Awards are open to top commercial real estate brokers based in the Triad region who had gross sales of $1 million or more in the region in 2018. Categories in which brokers will be recognized include overall top producer, office sales, industrial sales, investment, land, retail, apartments/multi-family, office leasing and industrial leasing (both landlord and tenant reps).
Along with honoring the top producing brokers of 2018 - TBJ will incorporate a Lifetime Achievement Award. The TBJ editorial department will select an honoree who has dedicated his/her career to the improvement of the triad region through innovative and forward-thinking real estate initiative and advocacy.
The final leg of the awards will include an Audience Choice Award for the Triad’s favorite development project completed in 2018. TBJ will collect nominations and hold an online judging contest for our readers to select their favorite.
Finalists and winners for all categories will be recognized in a special report and celebrated at an awards reception on June 6 at Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden.
