PT CREW is the leading organization for senior-level executive women in the Piedmont Triad commercial real estate field


As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier business organization, PT CREW (Piedmont Triad Commercial Real Estate Women) is transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. CREW Network’s membership of 12,000 professionals in over 75 major global markets represents all aspects of commercial real estate—providing our members with direct access to real estate professionals across all geographies and disciplines.

Our chapter, which is not limited to women, is comprised of a diverse group of professionals representing the entire spectrum of a commercial real estate transaction that are committed to networking and referring business to each other. Within our chapter you will be introduced to the commercial broker, leasing agent, landlord, banker, general contractor, architect, engineer, attorney, property manager and a selected representative vendor for each trade supporting a commercial property. In short, every professional you need to support your specific field or interest in commercial real estate is among our membership.

Since 2008 PT CREW has connected commercial real estate professionals in the TRIAD area, working together to:

Our history

PTCREW formed in 2008 to bring together women in the Triad area who are involved in the many aspects of commercial real estate to exchange information, develop business contacts and help each other succeed professionally. Today, our chapter includes both men and women sharing the same goal to become the industry’s premier business organization dedicated to influencing the success of the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of women.

Our Initiatives

Business Networking

Facilitating business networking and deal making among our multi-disciplinary membership is the cornerstone of our organization. We deliver impactful networking opportunities including three Leadership Summits and the CREW Network Convention and Marketplace annually. Members also have exclusive access to our CREWbiz technology platform, which serves as a membership directory, resource and referral center, personal marketing tool and app.

Industry Research

CREW Network is the world’s leading researcher on women in commercial real estate. Our industry research produces white papers annually and a benchmark study every five years, delivering data and action items to advance women in commercial real estate and positively impact the industry.

Leadership Development

Building effective leaders is key to advancing the commercial real estate industry. We dedicate significant resources to providing our members with high-level leadership development training and opportunities to serve on global boards and committees to develop and hone applicable leadership skills.

Career Outreach

CREW Network and our Foundation are committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate by creating programs that educate women and girls about the career opportunities available to them, supporting college-level commercial real estate education through scholarships, and providing mentorships to those new to the industry.
