Owner, Hable & Company, LLC

Amanda Carroll is the owner of Hable and Company, LLC a Commercial Real Estate Management, Leasing and Brokerage Company located in Greensboro, NC with over 23 years of experience working with Office and Retail Properties in the Carolinas and Virginia. Before establishing Hable & Company, she worked with Bell Partners, Inc. as a Senior Property Manager for 13 years with a large portfolio of office and retail properties in North Carolina and Virginia. She has developed key relations in the market and focuses on the economic interest of the client and value enhancement of assets. Hable & Company is dedicated to providing long term relationships with owners and tenants and tailors services to meet the client’s needs. Amanda joined PTCREW five years ago and is recently serving on the board as President.

Bill Sinclair is a licensed commercial general contractor with over 25 years of local experience.  He manages all business development and marketing activities for DH Griffin Construction Co., LLC, helping the company continue to grow in the commercial, retail, medical, institutional, educational and industrial markets.

2017 is Bill’s fourth year on PTCREW’s board, where he has served as Programs Chair, President Elect and is now President.

Susan Russell

Susan Russell has been in the Contract Furniture industry for 23 years here in the Piedmont Triad area holding a variety of positions including Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Architecture & Design, and Market President. She is currently the Director and Market Leader of CBI (Carolina Business Interiors) Workplace Solutions and is over the operations for their local showroom. CBI has showrooms and locations all across the Southeast including North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida. She represents over 200 lines of furniture and accessories and handles the furnishings and interior environments for any commercial project, such as banks, hospitals, universities, hospitality, and any type of commercial office building. CBI has designers, project management, and field operations on staff to assist with every level to see a project from concept to completion.

Outside of work, Susan has two children ages 17 and 21 and enjoys cooking, painting, making jewelry, and going to hear live music. She is a member of the Women’s Professional Forum and serves on the board as the Membership Committee Chair, as well as the Vice President of the WPF Foundation and Grants Committee. She is the Sponsorship Chair for the Piedmont Triad Commercial Real Estate Women (PTCREW) and will the incoming 2020 President for that group. She is also a volunteer with Junior Achievement and teaches in local Guilford County classrooms a couple of times a year. Susan is also on the committee planning the Women Build for Habitat for Humanity.  Susan was named as a “40 Leader Under 40” and “Outstanding Women in Business” in past years by the Triad Business Journal.

Christy Crouch Smith is an Associate at CBRE|Triad and has been with the office for six years. She specializes in retail services, offering expertise in tenant and landlord representation, acquisition and disposition, site selection and local market knowledge. Christy is an enthusiastic communications professional with a passion and expertise for real estate, marketing and client-centric operations. Prior to becoming an Associate with CBRE, Christy was the Client Services Specialist for the Triad office, where she was in charge of the office’s marketing and communications initiatives, coordinated all media and community relations, managed the website and oversaw a group of employees who implement overall office and property specific marketing tactics. She spent over eight years in the Advertising industry in Atlanta and New York City, working with many Fortune 500 clients. Christy is a native of the Triad, being from the Burlington area.

Christy received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Christy joined PTCREW three years ago and currently serves on the board as Secretary.

Kristi is a CPA and Senior Associate with LBA Haynes Strand, PLLC.  She has experience in tax work for corporations, partnerships, sub-chapter S corporations, and individuals.  Her firm offers professional services for Business Valuations, Outsourced Accounting, Risk Advisory, Trusts & Estates, Mergers and Acquisition Consulting, and Fraud and Forensic Services.  With a large commercial real estate niche, Kristi and LBA Hands Strand, PLLC can help their clients in a multitude of areas.  The firm has offices in Charlotte, Greensboro, and Mt. Airy to meet the needs of their clients.  They also offer full digital access and services for those not in the immediate area.

Kristi joined the Board of Directors in 2017 and is serving on the Treasurer’s committee.

Andrea is a senior property manager with Somerset Properties and has over 21 years experience managing commercial real estate throughout North Carolina.  Andrea has been a member of PTCREW for six years and has previously served as President of PTCREW.  She is also involved with BOMA and GRRA.

Andrea oversees the daily operation of over 1,000,000 SF of property through out North Carolina.  She is dedicated to building strong client relationships, providing superior customer service and protecting investors interested by maximizing the financial performance of the properties.

Andrea previously held the position of Sponsorship Chairperson, President Elect and President of PTCREW. Andrea currently serves on the Board of Directors and is PT CREW’s Public Relation chairperson.

Elizabeth Goliber is a CADD Technician with Walter Robbs Callahan & Pierce Architects, PA. In addition to architectural drafting, she is responsible for training and for assisting the firm with leveraging Building Information Modeling technology.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Salem Academy. She has a B.S. in Business from College of Charleston, an MBA from American Intercontinental University and has most recently earned a certificate in CAD/BIM from Guilford Technical Community College.

Elizabeth serves as a volunteer troop leader and trainer for the local Girl Scout Council and has previously served as the Recording Secretary for the Salem Academy Alumnae Board.

Elizabeth joined the board of directors in 2017 and is currently serving as chairperson for Special Events.

Working from the Greensboro Piedmont Triad office of Home Trust Bank, Eric  provides financing solutions to business owners throughout the eastern half of the United States.  Typical amounts for SBA loans range from $500,000 to $5,000,000.

Erica has more than 22 years of lending experience with small businesses and extensive knowledge of the Piedmont Region.  Erica is a native of Greensboro.  She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University.  Her business and community activities include Summit Rotary Member, Women’s Professional Forum Member, Guilford County Commission on Aging Board/Nursing Home Committee, Child Care Services Association Board-Treasurer, Triad Stage Board of Trustees, and the North Carolina Central University School of Business Board of Visitors.
